YOU WILL NEED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO COMPLETE THE LEASE. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO ONE BUSINESS DAY TO RECEIVE IT. THE EMAIL WILL CONTAIN YOUR UNIT NUMBER, MONTHLY RATE AND GATE CODE TO WRITE ON THE LEASE.

At the top of the lease agreement fill in:

• Date

• Name

• Address

• Email Address

• Unit Number

• Monthly Rate

Complete ALL signatures and initial areas. There are 2 required of each.

• Initial at the end of section #1

• Sign at the X below section #11

• Sign at the bottom for the Tenant Responsiblity Addendum

• Initial on the bottom right side

IMPORTANT! You will need to bring the original lease paper bearing your ORIGINAL signatures when you move your things into the storage unit and leave it in the drop box. It is located to the right of the office  around the corner by the HVAC unit. It is for your protection that we must have your original signatures on file, so please do not neglect this important step. Be sure to keep a copy for your personal records.

Scans or photographs of the completed lease are acceptable via email. Also include a copy of your state issued photo ID for personal identification purposes.
