What does the rental process look like?
- Call or swing by the office during office hours to discuss unit availability.
- After choosing a unit and you're ready, we'll need a copy of your valid state identification (usually a driver's license).
- We'll provide the total cost, which will be: Pro-rated first months rent, a $15 security deposit, and a $10 lock if you want to purchase one from us (or you can bring your own).
- You'll sign the lease agreement, pay, and can begin moving into your unit!
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first of each month, with a 10 day grace period.
How long do I have to keep the unit?
Our lease agreement is month-to-month, and we request 7 days notice prior to moving out.
Do you offer climate controlled units?
Yes, we have a few sizes. Call for availability.
When should I choose a climate controlled storage unit?
Consider a climate controlled unit when storing any of the following items:
- Oil based paintings and expensive artwork.
- Long term photo and document storage.
- Sensitive electronics.
- Valuable antiques, furniture, or heirlooms.
- Anything that may warp due to humidity or freezing temperatures.
